Our mission?
To design and manufacture textile solutions for the collection, transport, and storage of waste and materials, in France and across Europe.
For nearly 60 years, we have been driven by three core values: Reliability, Care, and Innovation, which guide our daily work and how we collaborate.

A team of OTEX'PERTS

OTEXIO is a young and close-knit team of 54 employees, including one quarter apprentices. We like to call ourselves the “Otex'perts”. Behind this nickname lies more than just a wink: it represents a strong identity, built on a deeply rooted corporate culture and daily-lived professional expertise. Every team member embodies this unique blend of technical know-how and collective commitment, making the Otex'perts the true craftsmen of reliability and innovation in France and across Europe!

I began my journey at OTEXIO as a Business Developer in a work-study program for 2 years. This experience allowed me to develop sales skills (quotations, prospecting, product knowledge) and communication skills. That dual role gave me a complete overview of two key departments.

At the end of my work-study, I was hired as a marketing and communication project manager for two and a half years: managing internal and external communication, creating sales tools, growing social networks, and organizing trade shows.

At the same time, I worked on the analysis of product ranges, an area I wanted to go deeper into. After several years at OTEXIO and with nearly perfect product knowledge, analyzing performance and contributing to development felt like a natural and exciting next step!

OTEXIO supported me in this project by offering me a role as Junior Product Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Internal mobility is a real strength – it allowed me to explore different roles and build a career path that fits me.

"I joined OTEXIO five years ago as a sales representative. My main tasks included prospecting, client visits and follow-ups, preparing commercial offers and ensuring follow-through. This position allowed me to gain a deep understanding of our clients, our products, and the market.

Over the years, I gradually took on new responsibilities. Today, I am a sales team lead and manage a team of 7 people. My role has evolved: I coordinate inside sales operations, support my team’s growth, and ensure the performance of our department.

Beyond my sales duties, I’ve also had the opportunity to lead the OTEXIO ACADEMY, helping our trainees and new hires integrate and develop their skills. I also contribute to the company’s digital committee, actively participating in OTEXIO’s transformation and innovation.

My journey at OTEXIO: from work-study to international business

I joined OTEXIO in a work-study program for one year to complete the final year of my master’s degree. I was inside sales representative for France and export: creating quotes, following up with clients, and prospecting. This year allowed me to discover the OTEXIO universe, our market, and build the foundations of my sales career.

At the end of my work-study, OTEXIO placed its trust in me and offered me a permanent contract as a field sales representative. I spent the first 4 months working in the French market to get to know the field and our clients. This field experience was essential to understand our clients’ needs.

Thanks to my fluency in English and Spanish, I then joined the export team as an International Business Developer. Today, I am in charge of OTEXIO’s sales operations in the BENELUX.

A great development journey supported by my managers, who trusted me from the very start. OTEXIO has allowed me to progress step by step, explore different aspects of the sales profession, and specialize in international markets.
