Transport | Grain Protection: Rollcover

Our client contacted us with the objective of finding a covering system for their grain containers that would fulfill a very important criterion: protecting their harvest during transportation or in case of bad weather with an easy-to-use covering system.

The solution provided by OTEXIO:

To enable our client to protect their harvest stored in the grain containers and thus be able to maximize their value, we proposed a roll-on / roll-off tarp, recommended for the protection of food products, waste, and sludge. The tarp ensures complete waterproofing of the container. This custom covering system is very cost-effective, and the installation on the container is straightforward. To cover and uncover the container, the driver simply rotates a crank. This crank is attached to a rail positioned on one side of the tarp in a sleeve that runs along the entire length of the container. The operation can be performed safely from the ground with or without the crank.
