ORIGAMME®automatic tarpaulin system

Description

This patented automatic covering system is composed of several parts:

• The spreader cylinder that allows the arm to extend from the chassis.
• The telescopic arm that starts from under the truck and goes up behind the cacontainer.
• The roller containing one or two tarpaulins.
• The rotating cylinder that rotates the arm on its axis and allows the tarpaulin to unfold on the truck bed.

The new version of the secure ORIGAMME® covering system (patented product) weighs approximately 650 kg.

Unlike existing mast covering systems on the market, such as HyTower, Transcover, etc., with the secure ORIGAMME® covering system, the driver places the tarpaulin on the truck bed through the arm's rotating movement. There is no need to pull a rope very far to unroll the tarpaulin. Everything is done through the remote control. The tarpaulins or covers detach from the roller using caracontainerers. It is then possible to cover the truck bed and trailer, as well as leave transfer containers. ORIGAMME® is the only system in the world to offer this advantage and ease of operation, which is crucial in waste collection.

During the covering/uncovering operations, the human intervention is only required to press the remote control's start button and attach the elastics to the truck bed.
