At OTEXIO, we pay close attention to every stage of our recruitment process in order to offer you a transparent and rewarding experience. Our process takes place in several stages:
- Telephone pre-qualification: an initial discussion to better understand your background and motivations.
- First in-person interview: you meet a member of the HR department and your future direct manager (N+1) to explore your skills and aspirations in more detail.
- Second in-person interview: an interview with a member of the HR department and the N+2 to validate the match with the position and our values.
We are looking for talented people who are eager to put their skills at the service of OTEXIO, curious to learn and motivated to grow in a rewarding professional career within our group. In the event of a positive outcome, you join the Otex'perts team with a structured onboarding and training programme.
