Our mission?
To design and manufacture textile solutions for the collection, transport, and storage of waste and materials, in France and across Europe.
For nearly 60 years, we have been driven by three key values: Reliability, Care, Innovation, which guide our daily work and the way we work together.
A team of OTEX'PERTS
OTEXIO is a young, close-knit team of 55 employees, including 1/4 apprentices. We like to call ourselves the “Otex’perts.” Behind this nickname lies much more than a play on words: it expresses a strong identity, shaped by a deeply rooted company culture and professional expertise lived every day. Each employee embodies this unique blend of technical know-how and collective commitment, making the Otex’perts the true artisans of reliability and innovation in France and across Europe!

"I started my journey at OTEXIO as a Business Developer on a work-study program for 2 years. This experience allowed me to develop business skills (quotes, prospecting, product knowledge) as well as communication skills. This dual role gave me a complete view of these two key departments.
At the end of my work-study program, I was hired as a Marketing and Communication Development Officer for two and a half years: managing internal and external communication, creating sales materials, developing social media, and organizing trade fairs.
At the same time, I worked on product range analysis, an area I wanted to explore further. After several years at OTEXIO and an almost perfect knowledge of our products, analyzing their performance and contributing to their development seemed like a natural and stimulating next step for me!
OTEXIO supported me in this project by offering me a position as Junior Product Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Internal mobility is a real strength: it allowed me to explore different roles and build a career path that reflects who I am".

"I joined OTEXIO 5 years ago as a sales representative. My main responsibilities were prospecting, client visits and follow-ups, preparing commercial offers, and monitoring them. This role allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of our clients, our products, and the market.
Over the years, I gradually took on new responsibilities. Today, I am Head of Inside Sales and I manage a team of 7 people. My role has evolved: I coordinate inside sales activities, support my team in their development, and ensure the performance of our department.
Beyond my sales responsibilities, I have also had the opportunity to lead the OTEXIO ACADEMY to support our apprentices and new hires in their onboarding and skills development. I also take part in the company’s digital committee, contributing to OTEXIO’s transformation and innovation.
In 5 years, I moved from sales representative to a key role within the sales team. OTEXIO gave me the means to grow, to develop my management skills, and to get involved in cross-functional projects. That trust and support are what make the difference."

"My journey at OTEXIO: from apprenticeship to international business
I joined OTEXIO on a work-study program for 1 year to complete the final year of my master’s degree. I was an inside sales representative for France and export markets: preparing quotes, client follow-ups, and prospecting. That year allowed me to discover the OTEXIO world, our market, and to acquire the fundamentals of the sales profession.
At the end of my work-study program, OTEXIO placed its trust in me by offering me a permanent contract as a field sales representative. I started with 4 months in the French market to discover field operations and our clients. This field experience was essential to understanding our customers’ needs.
Thanks to my fluency in English and Spanish, I then joined the export team as an International Business Developer. Today, I am responsible for OTEXIO’s business activities in the BENELUX region.
A great skills development journey thanks to the trust my management has placed in me since my apprenticeship contract. OTEXIO allowed me to grow progressively, discover different facets of the sales profession, and specialize internationally."
