OTEXIO has patented a sliding covering system, 100% watertight and highly practical, designed to meet the needs of waste collection and transport operators. It is the perfect alternative to sliding covers, which require more maintenance and are more restrictive in daily use.
Why choose a 100% watertight covering system on rails?
The key element of the system, patented , is the carriage equipped with a double hoop allowing the system to be guided . It can be locked on the right or left side of the container, from the ground or from a loading dock. A handling hook pole is provided to use the RCOVER® in all situations. The RCOVER® system is fitted with a tarpaulin specially designed for sliding covering on rails, made of 650 g/m² PVC-coated polyester and manufactured made to measure according to the volume and dimensions of your container.
A micro-mesh net version is available on request.

Is Rcover® suitable for demanding environments such as waste management sites or waste disposal sites?
Yes, it is suitable. Mounted on rails, it is more resistant than cable sliding systems, which break quickly. In addition, we can add protective flat bars to protect the rails. It can easily be loaded from the top of a dock as well as from a dock pit using machinery, and it can be closed from both sides, including in confined or narrow spaces.
Why is Rcover® a good alternative to sliding or hydraulic covers?
Rcover® is easy to install and can be fitted to both new containers and containers already in service, which makes it possible to equip the entire fleet without restriction. It requires only limited maintenance and can always be used / closed again even in the event of impact. Lastly, the system adapts to 100% of containers, whatever their dimensions or shape.
Can I install Rcover® on my own?
Yes. Most of our customers install the system themselves thanks to the detailed, illustrated guide supplied by OTEXIO. Our Otex'perts also remain available to answer any technical or assembly questions.
