RCOVER®BOX is the foldable covering solution designed to effectively protect waste and materials stored in concrete storage bays. Adaptable to all storage bays up to 9.6 m of internal width, it provides optimal protection against bad weather while preserving the value of the materials.

The watertight PU tarpaulin fully protects waste from bad weather and makes it 100% recoverable : the materials retain their quality, guaranteeing resale at their best value.
Compliant with the CTS standard, its wind resistance is 100 km/h + snow load 20 kg/m² (4 cm).
RCOVER®BOX allows full and easy opening right to the back of the storage bay thanks to a secure handling crank enabling operators to manoeuvre safely with machinery and trucks.

Is RCOVER®BOX compatible with all dimensions of concrete storage bays?
Yes, RCOVER®BOX adapts to all storage bays up to 9.6 m internal width, thanks to its modular structure and made-to-measure sizing.
How does RCOVER®BOX protect waste from bad weather?
The watertight PU tarp associated with the steel bows fully protects waste from wind, rain and snow, guaranteeing materials that are 100% recoverable. Where necessary, we also add side flaps and gutters for rainwater collection and drainage.
Is the RCOVER®BOX covering system easy to use on a daily basis?
Yes, opening and closing are easy thanks to a crank that allows the system to be operated safely from ground level. We offer an automatic and motorised opening system for large storage bays and according to customer needs. It takes between 30 seconds and one minute to open fully, depending on its dimensions.
In addition, the system offers maximum opening right to the back of the storage bay, allowing equipment to circulate and be handled without risk.
Is RCOVER®BOX resistant to wind and snow, even in windy or mountainous regions?
Each installation is subject to a technical study to guarantee resistance compliant with the CTS standard: 100 km/h wind and 20 kg/m² snow load.
How much space does Rcoverbox® take up once opened and folded back?
When completely folded back to provide total opening and full access to the storage bay, the structure measures no more than one metre. We can also offer an offset rail opening behind the storage bay to create a larger working space.
Do you provide after-sales service for this system?
Yes, we replace the tarp in the event of tearing and spare parts linked to wear.
