Made-to-measure solution
With OTEXIO, each installation is configured made to measure to guarantee safety, performance and proper sizing.
Our technical sales representatives analyse your needs in the field or based on your plans in order to:
- define the appropriate sizing,
- select the options according to your constraints,
- ensure compatibility with your environment,
- optimise the installation to facilitate operation.
Each configuration is then approved by our design office, guaranteeing: technical compliance, regulatory compliance, the reliability of the solution, and coherent integration into your environment. This dual field / engineering expertise ensures a safe, durable and perfectly suited installation.
Designed to withstand the harshest weather conditions, our metal-textile covers adapt to all your storage needs, regardless of the types of waste:
WEEE (D3E), wood, organic materials, General Industrial Waste, plaster, etc.
These shelters help preserve the stored material while offering a durable, ventilated and fully modular solution, adapted to the constraints of your site.
WHY CHOOSE OUR DOME TUNNELS?
A MODULAR and scalable solution
- Made-to-measure adaptation according to your needs and/or existing constraints in length and width
- Installation possible on all types of supports: concrete blocks, ground beam, LURA® partitions, cast-in-place walls,
- Removable structure, easy to move or reconfigure according to the evolution of your needs
Optimal watertightness and PROTECTION
- Coated PVC tarpaulin – 670 or 900 g/m², highly resistant
- Numerous options available: windbreak, insulation, ventilation, full gable, M2 fire-retardant treatment
- Integrated gutter and protective flap ensuring perfect watertightness and rainwater drainage
Enhanced long-term RESISTANCE
- Hoops doubled with reinforcements for increased dome strength
- Structure made of High Yield Strength steel (HYS)
- Oval tubes available in Ø 60 mm, Ø 90 mm and Ø 130 mm, according to mechanical constraints or lattice structure
Safety, compliance and peace of mind
Beyond the technical design, OTEXIO has each of its projects approved by independent design offices.
All our structures benefit from:
- ten-year insurance,
- certification of compliance for all installations.
A guarantee of reliability, durability and regulatory compliance for your storage installations.

What types of waste and materials can be stored under a COVERLINE® storage tunnel?
COVERLINE® storage tunnels are designed for the safe storage of many types of waste and materials, including Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, wood, organic materials, General Industrial Waste, plaster, as well as bulk materials such as sand or salt.
The metal-textile cover preserves material quality, limits wind-blown litter, reduces moisture and protects waste from bad weather, while respecting the operating constraints of industrial sites and waste platforms.
Is the COVERLINE® storage tunnel suitable for extreme weather conditions?
Yes. COVERLINE® storage tunnels are specifically designed to withstand the harshest weather conditions: strong winds, heavy rain, temperature variations and climatic loads.
The metal structure in high-yield steel, combined with reinforced bows, guarantees excellent long-term mechanical performance. The high-resistance PVC tarp provides durable, reliable protection, even in demanding environments.
How is a COVERLINE® storage tunnel installed on an operating industrial site?
OTEXIO offers a turnkey solution perfectly suited to the constraints of operating sites.
Each project starts with a technical study and site diagnosis (existing supports, operating constraints, flows, regulations). Installation is then carried out by specialist teams according to a controlled schedule, in order to limit disruption to activity.
The installation can be carried out on concrete blocks, slabs or existing platforms, with a modular, demountable and scalable structure, ideal for industrial sites subject to regular changes.
Is the COVERLINE® storage tunnel suited to the constraints of ICPE sites?
Yes. The COVERLINE® storage tunnel is perfectly suited to industrial sites and ICPE facilities.
It makes it possible to cover, confine and protect stored waste and materials (General Industrial Waste, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, wood, organic materials, plaster, bulk materials, etc.) while limiting wind-blown litter, water infiltration and environmental impact.
The solution therefore helps meet ICPE regulatory requirements, particularly in terms of waste management, soil protection and nuisance control.
Does the COVERLINE® storage tunnel benefit from decennial insurance?
Yes. All COVERLINE® storage tunnels installed by OTEXIO are covered by decennial insurance.
This cover protects the operator for 10 years against damage that could compromise the solidity of the structure or render it unfit for its intended use.
This is a key point for ICPE operators, who must secure their investments, justify installation compliance and meet the requirements of insurers, inspection bodies and authorities.
Who is responsible for the study, supply and implementation of the storage tunnel?
OTEXIO acts as a single point of contact, from the study to final acceptance of the site.
The company takes care of:
- the technical study,
- made-to-measure manufacturing,
- supply,
- installation,
- site follow-up and after-sales service.
This global approach secures the project for the ICPE operator by guaranteeing compliance with the specifications, regulatory conformity and installation traceability.
