BTEX® is an inflatable container and emptyable solution designed to address lack of space, lack of flexibility and the logistical complexity encountered on worksites, waste collection centres and industrial sites. Traditional containers—rigid, bulky and difficult to handle—generate high storage and maintenance costs and limit sorting as well as material recovery.
Why choose an inflatable and emptyable container?
The innovation is based on Dropstitch® technology , a technical textile that provides a flexible structure when empty, but rigid and ultra-resistant once inflated.
BTEX® can be moved by hand, stored in just a few seconds and facilitates collection and emptying operations thanks to a secure opening system inspired by the big bag. Designed by our innovation unit, it is intended to be quick and easy to use, with all the advantages of a resistant container: time saving and guaranteed safety for teams.
Compact, BTEX® can be emptied regularly into a container and will enable space saving on cramped sites, thereby avoiding complex logistics.
Versatile and adaptable, the solution can be produced in made-to-measure dimensions , integrate into any type of environment and accommodate a wide variety of materials: plastics, rubble, wood, soil, production waste, etc. It offers significant space saving, improves sorting clarity and enables a smoother organisation of collection areas.

What happens if the container deflates?
It can be reinflated at any time using a pump or a compressor. If any pressure loss is noticed, we have developed a repair kit that makes it possible to restore the BTEX and put it back into service in your warehouses in no time.
How long does it take to inflate the BTEX®?
It all depends on the size and the inflation method. The container can be inflated with a hand pump - doable but a bit long! - or with a standard workshop compressor.
How does the BTEX® deflate?
By opening the valve, the BTEX deflates naturally on its own in a few minutes. It can then be folded and stored in the dedicated storage bag.
