Sliding tarpaulin system on RCOVER® rails

We offer you a turnkey system. It is the must-have solution on the market, 100% watertight and easy to install. It helps to preserve the value of your waste.

The bi-pitch system (symmetrical double slope) ensures perfect watertightness and prevents water retention, thus avoiding sagging of the tarpaulin in case of rain. The uncovering from the ground is therefore 100% safe. The symmetry of the system makes installation easier.

Each hoop is fitted with bearings to make the tarping easier. The hoops made of 100% galvanized steel guarantee better finish and high durability, even in humid environments.

The system can be installed on containers from 7 to 40 m³ and complies with road gauge height.

It consists of an extruded rail that is screwed under the container’s sideboard to prevent impacts. A side protection device to safeguard the rail during loading can be installed if needed.

Finally, the key component, patented, is the carriage equipped with a double hoop that guides the system. It can be locked on the right or left side of the container, from the ground or from a loading dock. A handling pole is supplied to operate RCOVER® in all situations.

The RCOVER® system is used with a tarpaulin specially designed for sliding tarping on rails. Made of 650 g/m² PVC-coated polyester, it is custom-manufactured according to the volume and dimensions of your container. We recommend using a watertight tarpaulin to protect moisture-sensitive waste such as paper, cardboard, wood or green waste.
