At OTEXIO, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is not an option: it is a deep conviction that guides our strategy, our practices and our relationships.
Since 2023, we have structured all our actions around four fundamental pillars: the environment, social and human rights, ethics, and responsible purchasing.
Our CSR approach is guided by a rationale that places the satisfaction of our customers and partners at the heart of our actions, while offering our employees an ethical and sustainable working environment.
In August 2025, OTEXIO was awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal: an international distinction that rewards our commitment to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

Our overall score of 64/100 reflects a solid performance, with areas for improvement identified to further strengthen our approach.
Since August 2024, we have focused our initiatives around a collaborative and cross-functional action plan bringing together our marketing, HR and purchasing teams.
This year, we have decided to focus on the internal structuring of our protocols, policies and measures for the actions carried out, as well as on the formalization of our relationships with our partners and suppliers. Business ethics and responsibility for our actions are close to our hearts, so that the entire chain contributing to OTEXIO’s success is built on solid, sound and shared foundations.

At OTEXIO, being awarded a gold medal is more than just a distinction.
It helps showcase our efforts in sustainable development and social responsibility and opens up new business opportunities, particularly with stakeholders who are increasingly demanding when it comes to CSR criteria.
Internally, it also stimulates our continuous improvement dynamic and represents another step toward the sustainable structuring of the company.
